The OOD will run out of room for all of the banners we'll have to hang.

Yeah... no Clemente, no Pullen, no Samuels, no Sutton.  A couple more Spradling/Southwell type classes and you guys will be back in the NIT in no time.

Cole is only a knee injury (himself) and a heart attack (his daddy) away from wearing the trucker cap crown at his family's double-wide castle.

Ben's predictions are the BEST.  If he were in a bracket contest with me, I'd cash his check and count his $ before the play-in game started.

Since Syracuse is the 4th #1 seed doesn't that make us like the 1st #2 seed?

I must have missed all of these predictions.

PS - I'd love to be in a bracket challenge with you guys.  I've done quite well in years past.

ku's second team would beat KSU was the premium prediction.  There were some others but since I am banned can't really get there.

Well to be fair, a lot of KU's second string were playing first team by the time the K-State game came around (Lubbock Smith, Ryan Murphy, Huldon Tharp, John Williams, Toben Opurum, Bradley McDougald, etc,), and Mangino's fat ass refused to play certain players who could have helped (like DT Jamal Greene - squats 700+ lbs).  Yeah, it was a stupid prediction, but it's not like there was a huge separation between someone like Lubbock Smith and Justin Thornton.

PS - signing up for the goEMAW.com league right now.

Can you imagine next year?  #1 seed is certainly possible.  We return the entire roster except for Clemente.

BMW, It'll be interesting to see how the recruiting shapes up.  I agree that Southwell/Spradling type recruiting classes will end us up back in the NIT.  However, I think those guys will fill needed role player roles on an otherwise very talented team.  I'm also confident that Martin will have solid recruiting classes in the near future.  (1) NCAA resume; (2) National TV exposure; (3) $20 mil. practice facility; (4) flights directly into Manhattan, etc.  Our NIKE affiliation and his new contract don't exactly turn-off recruits either.

If he turns this #2 seed into an Elite 8/Final 4 caliber run, I'm not sure I'd but a ceiling on Martin's recruiting abilities.

In the meantime, I hope Spradling turns into a white perimeter nightmare (Boschee, Heinrich).

Clemente is arguably your best player.

on a good day.... On a bad day his bad shots don't fall, he turns the ball over and kills momentum.

On a good day, he's wreckless, but it works.  On a bad day, it's chaos.
