I've used expired cards like that all the time, most of the time people never check those dates.  If they do, just act all surprised "Oh wow, i didn't know that had expired!"   Then, they almost always still honor whatever it was, just saying "Alright, we'll honor this, this time..."  I'd wager you could get away with that at least once at every United Club in America.

If one expired doesn't work, pull out another one, look at it, and say, "crap, this one is expired too! Would you let me in with two expired passes?"

That has worked for me a few times.

Oh yeah, I will be traveling to Chicago more in the future. Not sure how much, but I will Snickers the crap out of you gE'ers when I come up.

Snickers was a treat.  Will definitely hit that place again.  Just have to make sure and get the table by the open window.

if you know what you're doing it's never a problem. I'm sure I'll get two seats together on this Alaska flight but I'll have to interact with a human to make it happen. :yuck:

by and large all dining at the lake is pretty similar greasy bar food except the $$$ places like the Blue Heron & Bentley's.

Backwater Jack's is about as good a meal as you will find at the accessible by boat places and will usually have some local band belting out some Stones, Seger & Skynrd.

You definitely can get two seats together pretty easily on SW if you have early bird or you actually check in 24 hours before your flight.  But obviously, I prefer an airline that I can choose my seats when I buy my ticket.  That alaska airlines thing sounds awful.  How do they choose where you sit?

Guys we were feeling frisky and are putting 23 month old baby Emo on our laps from MCI to Denver (Southwest of course).  It felt like we had a coupon that was about to expire and damnit we needed to use it.  T's and P's appreciated.
