Flossing Your Teeth

anybody do it regularly?  just flossed mine for the first time in months, seems like nobody actually does it anymore.

definite "feel good about doing something healthy" after you get done.

Do it once a night. Got tired of being shamed by the dental hygienist.
Where did you get that overnight bag?

It's so easy to do, just never really got into doing it on a regular basis. Will floss once every two weeks or so though and my gums will bleed so I don't know....

+1  The shaming never really bothered me until my Dentist hired a sweet looking hygienist.
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

I go through fazes of it.  I got my ass chewed by the hygienist the last time I was in.

They bleed cus you don't floss enough.

I floss a few times a week, listerine twice a day, and brushing of course.

Well, they fall under the dollar figure threshold where I begin to care about what something costs so I don't know but you can safely assume they are less than $50 a package.

Have something similar, only it is a reusable arm(similar to a toothbrush handle) with disposable floss heads that snap in and out.

I floss after every meal I eat at home. I use the amazing floss sticks. It's actually kind of fun.
