Yep. The "best-holiday-that-doesn't-get-a-day-off-work" is already taken by Halloween.

Easter is lovely, but just ho hum in my family now that kids are older. :sad:

IDEA: maybe I will start making Easter a big BBQ thing? We always have Ham, and that's OK and all, but we could be doing so much more. This is on us.

Every year, MS. Wacky's fam hides eggs for the adults with $20 stuffed inside. I found mine first yesterday. Took care of gas for the week.

they still have it but it's not a buffet anymore. which sucks ass because the buffet was great.
the buffet required a lot of work from the staff and management has been wanting to get rid of it for a while, i think they figured that a limited menu brunch was better than getting rid of the brunch all together.

i am hoping that the mother's day brunch is still a buffet
