Will that big, humongous wolf be in this season?  I've only seen 10 minutes of 1 episode and it had this big, humungous wolf.  Pretty cool.

Possible, people were really mad that they didn't include ghost last year, but they decided to use the budget elsewhere

I'm sure all of the remaining wolves will be featured heavily in the upcoming books that will never be released.

Anyone else re-watching?  Mrs. WNK and I are following a GoT re-watch schedule that puts us up to the start of the new season.  Helps with the anticipation.

I think this show was pretty amazing until the last season when it really got past GRRM's writing and started to slide into fan-fiction levels of dumbassery. All-in-all, though, I'm still looking forward to the final episodes. Can you name a TV show that's ever done better with a fantasy book series? A series that isn't even and probably never will be finished?
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

I just finished rewatching the entire series last week. I can’t wait.

It's the best, but still somehow manages to disappoint. It's just too bad that GRRM is so lazy, because it kind of sucks knowing how much better the show would have been had he had it in him to finish his series in less than 30 years' time.

I think the showrunners and screenwriters could have done a better job with this last season even without the final books, but otherwise I agree. Characters are suddenly teleporting all over Westeros to satisfy fan cravings and it’s getting a little silly.

They probably could have shown literally any 30 seconds from this season as a teaser and got the same result, but yeah I’m pumped.

This may have been posted when rumors first surfaced last year.  I was watching an interview with Kit Harington on Colbert a week or so ago.  Kit said it took 55 nights to film the battle scene.  Many film experts are saying this will be the largest battle scene ever filmed in movie/tv history.  Larger then the battle at Helm's Deep in LOTR.  So yea...lots of people are going to die.

I rewatched the whole thing in 3 weeks  :Chirp:

Started listening to book 4 and the first chapter after the prologue is 45 minutes of the damphair greyjoy snooze fest... Shut it off after 15 minutes and totally killed my desire to continue.
