Nope.  If this is a long term friend of yours, she is just having second thoughts about the friendship v sex stuff.  Call her, discuss the subject straight forward, mention the flowers, and everything.  She is already thinking about it and she is your friend and will appreciate the ability to discuss this in such a way that is diff than most d00ds she dates without the benefit of knowing them well.  Take the bull by the horns and get it over with.  Move forward or backward but just freaking move.  She will appreciate this.

You know the place that has a gym, dodge ball court, slides instead of stairs, etc. They wanna stay in touch,    they gave the position to someone inside the company. They said another position should open soon.

You gotta bring this information to the forefront a lot sooner! I hope you didn't follow my early advice and call and say "eff you."
You got this. Don't pester them until after the new year. Then call them back up and ask how things are progressing and ask them for a time frame when the other position may be open.

For someone with bad anxiety (it's in the family genes) this week has been a living hell. Like my stomach hurts really bad. I've just really been mind effing myself. Plus, I know I obviously like her, cause I never get this worked up over a girl. I'm usually calm and cool and right now I'm just a mess. I've been at the gym like everyday for 2 hours a session. The anxiety is good for my awesome sculpture of a body (working out), but bad for blood pressure, drinking habits, headaches, etc.

Yeah, this is different. This week I was waiting to hear back from the job and trying to figure out the next plan of attack with her/what is she thinking. Add grandma not doing well, this is a crazy different feeling. I'm usually pretty charming when I drink with a group of friends and that's usually how I've met girls in the past. Alcohol obviously helps.
