Grabbed a 750 of Old Forester this weekend. Not the smoothest bourbon but certainly enjoyable. Continuing my tour of Kentucky bourbons.

When I put ice in my drink I use a really big ice cube that barely fits in the glass.

I'm generally anti-dilution. So never make my Manhattan on the rocks please.

Technicality here. Rum is not whiskey the last time I checked/drank. Perhaps a rum thread is in order? Or just merge all booze threads into one thread?

Damn. Louisville stops were yesterday. All the Lexington/Frankfort area ones today. We'll be back through at some point, I'll hit you up and we'll have some drinks of some variety.

If any of you guys make the trip down next that purple little bro comes to our house, then you should pick up a bottle of TX Whiskey. It's pretty good for a $35 bottle and it's made in Fort Worth.
