Minnesota wasn't going to turn that program on its ear esp since Kill left behind a competitive team and staff that's been together for awhile. Similar to the Cats hiring Dimel.

Mizzou's AD hired Tom Herman at Houston last year. Wouldn't be surprised to see them go that route.
