No dicks so far but only one epi in. It is very good. The book reminded me of a good Stephen King novel before his writing went to crap. They've done a great job adapting it to tv.

But back to my original point just in case this was overlooked. The whole time I was reading the book I was picturing Ian McShane as Mr. Wednesday. And then I watch the first episode and it's freaking Ian McShane. I guess what I'm saying is, I'm amazing.

Wow, American Gods. The interaction between Laura and her ex-friend in episode 4 may be one of the wildest/entertaining moments in TV I've seen in a long while. Not in the book at all. If anything, the show is an improvement.
