i go to the airport to do two things- to get on an airplane, and to get off of an airplane.  it's pretty incredible how efficient mci is at performing its most basic function.

and sadly for those few here that don't agree with me, the majority of kansas city does.

maybe someday when i decide that i need to hit up mci for a new pair of beats headphones, or some swarovski crystal, or some pga shop merchandise, i'll reach out to you guys and we can throw together some designs.

until then, sorry for your hatred of kansas city's crown jewel.  perhaps move somewhere that has an airport that meets your shopping needs and your life may be a bit happier :dunno:
We shall see in November

I vote we just give Southwest a white board and tell them to tell us what we should build, and do that.

Imagine the convenience of showing up to the airport a mere 24 hours in advance

b&m got outdone by aecom in a deal that is basically theirs to lose.
i'm guessing b&m knows that they always and already won the bid and this stuff is just for show.

well, that didn't take long
slyin' james and his corrupt politics are so predictable

It's literally(figuratively) so simple the concept of SW.  I don't know why we have to keep explaining this but don't choose a rough ridin' middle seat next to fat people.  I mean the sun rises and sets every day but Jesus rough ridin' Christ

I prefer the aecom plan but the burns plan would work fine too....Quinton (second fave council person) is bird dogging any shadyness and calling it out.

everyone except for the mayor and the council people under his spell prefer the aecom plan.  and bm executives/employees.
truth is that this deal was made a long time ago and the city went through the bid process only because its residents forced their hand and made them
typical kcmo politics that you blindly support

i sort of skimmed that article. what is aecom butthurt about? it sounds like the city has asked each of the submitters (sp?) for a more detailed breakdown of the expenses

ultimately aecom is concerned that the other proposers will have visibility into the structuring of their financials

I assume the streetcar was directly responsible for the Joe's decision.
