Guys, I love the Chiefs. I think I love the draft more than any other sporting event. I am also a huge nerd.

I find this odd. I will usually watch parts of the 1st round, around when the Chiefs draft, and the rest just read about later. Why is it your fav over actual games?

It's weird, I know. I'm also a huge college football nerd so I like to see where these guys end up. I like the spectacle of it all. I love the unpredictability. Trades, risers/fallers, etc. The anticipation of who will be there when the Chiefs pick. I love the booing of Goodell. I love LOL'ing at who the Browns will draft. you know, junk like that.

We have a lot of early draft picks we get to play with this year. Our main needs are QB, LB, and probably RB/CB.

I'm not expecting a QB in round 1, or round 2 for that matter. I just have to see it to believe it.

I'm expecting ILB, Edge or CB.

Teicher did a mock draft on ESPN or something and Watson and Mahomes were still available and he picked Mahomes. He knows something, cf3!

my favorite draft tradition is flipping it on in the later rounds, seeing the Chiefs pick is up in 3 or 4 picks so I sit down and watch and then hearing "and now KC is on the clock, we will be right back after these messages" and having to watch the scroll or get on my phone to see who was selected

the nfl is barely a sport and the nfl draft certainly isn't one and definitely doesn't belong on espn.  take this crap to the travel channel or something and give me thursday night baseball.  my goodness there are few things as irrelevant in this world as the nfl so who cares?  i mean, who really cares, not BBS cares for something to chit chat about.

3. D Cook
4. P Mahomes

If those 4 are gone then get a CB or MLB. There are about 5-6 CBs that could go in the Mid or Late 1st round.

I just wait for the next day, watching it would be very That being said, it would be super exciting to be the front office on days like today. Nerve racking sure, but it would be a ton of fun making franchise shaping decisions.
