Ventura also hit Machado in the back, and Machado acted like he got hit in the helmet. Machado is the bad person who decided it was worth charging on.

No one is questioning whether or not Machado is a prick, because he is.

But Yordano absolutely has to grow up and try something different. His talent is still far surpassing his performance and the Royals need him to be a great pitcher with what they've invested in him. It didn't help that a couple of his incidents have happened in games where he is getting destroyed. I agree with Cf3 that I will back and hope for Yordano's success as long as he's a Royal, but the longer he rolls along with a 5+ ERA and leads the league in walks the harder it is to see that happening.

yeah i'm done with Ventura.

Honest Qs:
1. Did you watch 2014 ALDS Game 2?
2. Did you watch 2014 ALCS Game 2?
3. Did you watch 2014 WS Games 2 and 6?
4. Did you watch 2015 ALCS Game 6?

He's messed up right now, but he has been a big part of our success.

Yes.

So are you still done with him? Because the Royals and their fans are not.

Volquez should hit someone straight away tonight.  One HBP does not give you the right to charge the mound.

Yea, people calling this a black eye for baseball are dumb, this is one of the few things that get people to pay attention to early June games. I bet there's a lot more viewers of tonight's game than there would be otherwise.

What's the fewest amount of runs a team has scored in a 6 game stretch?

Since this season is looking bad, do the Royals have enough muscle to become the brawl brothers and entertain people that way?

It is amazing to me tho that people couldn't see instantly that a lineup with some combo of Merrifield, Cuthberth, Orlando, Dyson, Escobar, Butera, and a broken Morales would be bad.

Most of those other guys Cfor3 listed have been great. Morales, Gordon, and starting pitching are the biggest problems this team has had.
