Someone asked a cbb insider on 810 if they thought Brad would leave Oklahoma State after 1 year to come back home and the guy said yes.  I still don't think he's out of play once oscar deports.

I would imagine that his contract has something specific as a barrier to doing specifically that.   :dunno:

I mean, I would if I was OSU's AD.

Poor comparo, imo.

We were waaaaay more dogshitty then than OSU is now and Huggs was waaaaay more of an established coach then than Brad is now(he had more leverage to negotiate a favorable contract).

0% chance we could hire him as long as currie is at kstate.

Correct. Currie would never admit he mumped up then by offering him now and Brad would never work for Currie.

And West Virginia wasn't an in-conference move.

We're not looking for a new coach, and won't be for at least a couple more years.

I love Brad but everything else about OSU basketball is incredibly hateable.

I assume you speak only of the present and not the recent past. OSU had many great years under Mr. Iba.

Henry Iba, recent past? Bones, are you 164 years old? Henry Iba is a Lambda Chi so he's good with me.

The first Sutton is barely recent history.  Iba is a dino and is pretty much irrelevant now.

I mean I get it and all with our shitty schedule, but there isn't asingle  bracketology out there with our names on it. I'm like talking "next four out" after the first four out kinda stuff. Pretty weird for a 9-1 club.

Well yeah, I get it, but there's been similar teams in the past (ex. Last Year South Carolina team) which were still projected and had played no one. I'm guessing they thought those teams would continue to do well in the conference, but they're assuming we won't?

i don't have time to sys/kenpom it up but last year's usc schedule wasn't comparable to ours this year (this is a hypothesis)
by the time they reached their first loss they had beaten clemson, vandy, tulsa, memphis, st johns, auburn.  they're low tier p5 but better than anything we've beaten.

and yeah, we're not going to do as well in the b12 as usc did in the sec rotation they had last year

Last year South Carolina went undefeated into January in order to get ranked.  If you want someone to about our deserved NCAA seed with, best call this dude
