The teams in Snyder's second go around have seemed to be better at eliminating penalties.  However, I remember the KSU teams during the late 90s early 00s routinely having 10+ penalties a game.

I don't like the all purple helmets, would rather have all white helmets with purple powercats. I like the K-State on the pants

For that concept, I would recommend removing the K-State from the jersey if it is put on the pants.

Jesus rough ridin' christ you sound like the furthest thing possible from a man.

Sorry for not jumping on the WSU bandwagon.  Been to any of their games or held any conversations with WSU fans?  If not liking them and hoping they lose makes me the "furthest thing possible from a man," so be it.  I don't care.  I want them to lose in horrible fashion.

how in the hell was that oscar's fault, that rule is in place on every level of sanctioned basketball

also there isn't a damn rule about 20 minutes, you can dunk until the officials enter the floor at that point you can't dunk anymore, that jackass knew the rule

Guess I'm a jackass then.  Pretty sure I've seen that kind of "dunk" many times before basketball games and never seen a T called.

For the record, I'm not a Wichita State fan.  I'm just realistic about the situation.  Marshall's position at WSU is different than it would be at KSU.  He's "the man" at WSU right now and would likely never be that at KSU unless the football team returns to not making bowl games for long stretches at a time.  He gets paid decently, has good fan support, and I don't think the expectations at WSU are as high as they would be at a high major school.  So, I don't think he'll jump WSU for just any high major school that offers.


I also agree that I think oscar will be at KSU for the foreseeable future.  He'll do enough to keep his job.

It's time to go after Gregg.  He is our guy, I am sure.

I think there's a snowball's chance in hell that he would leave Wichita State for KSU.  It will take much better job than KSU to get him out of WSU (unless he jumps ship after a few down seasons like Turgeon did).

Currently working to book a 4 night Portland, OR vacation. Need protips Beems and others. Prolly using 145k HH to stay at the Embassy for 4 nights on an AXON to burn through them. Flying Frontier on points.

I've been a few times with my wife and stayed downtown.  We liked:

• Lan Su Chinese Garden
• Hiking in Columbia River Gorge area, there's lots of hiking trails to waterfalls (the main one is Multnomah Falls).
• Drinking at the various breweries.
• Art museum
• Hoyt Arboretum/International Rose Test Garden
• Museum of Contemporary Craft (it's small, so check out the exhibits before going).

Why was the press conference held with little to no heads up from the athletic department?  Why Saturday?

Weber did say today that he accepted the contract Friday night around midnight. I suppose Currie decided to do it Saturday to avoid time for leaks.

Maybe so, but why not just release a statement saying that oscar Weber has been hired and that a press conference will be held in a day or two.  Isn't that the normal process?  It just seems like they were afraid of the reaction of the fans so wanted to get past it as soon as possible.
