Stoops was just on Cowherd's show. Colin asked him about his "SEC propaganda" comment. Post-Sugar Bowl Stoops said he stood by his comment because he was just stating truth. He said the top 2 or 3 teams in the SEC are good, but the rest aren't, as all remaining teams were "0 for 31 against the top teams". He then added more to his argument by saying " What about missouri and texas a&m? Nobody talks about that. They were in the big 12 for a hundred years and didn't do anything. Now they go to the SEC and the cause problems over there. Why is that? Nobody talks about it, but that's a fact."

Did anyone else notice how crappy our next two games are scheduled?
We have a 7 day break and then we are:
At Colorado at 9 PM on the 12th
And then have a home game on the 14th!
That's pretty ridiculous. We need the Colorado win. So no coach is going to speak about the KU game and overlook CU, especially since they already beat us at home. That means we have less than a day to prep for KU.

Sounds like Sams will compete for the starting spot against Tuggle
The Mercury said "Collin Klein, who played in 10 games this past season, may not be in the mix at QB any longer, as Sams said the junior-to-be is moving back to wide receiver full time."

So what's the plan? Tuggle and Sams to see who starts. If tuggle wins, will Sams even redshirt given the depth of our QB position? Or if Tuggle wins, Sams redshirts, and if something happens to Tuggle, Klein steps right in?
I'm hooping Sams wins outright. If he does not, I'm for start Tuggle, redshirt Sams, if Tuggle struggles or goes down with an injury, move Klein back to QB. If Klein sucks, pull Sams redshirt.

Kansas State Football / Good read: Grayshirting
