lol, it was a terrible call, the DB reached out and grabbed the receiver immediately. Then after the play he wasn't even looking for a flag. I think he thought the flag was on him at first.

That was clearly a pick play. All the Notre Dame receivers had to do was get their eyes back to the quarterback and they probably don't get it called.

Against a bunch trips formation a DB jamming the WR like that is very common.
