Same. I thought it was an obvious little chuckle which didn't need explanation.  :dunno:

it's like they're doing everything Mocat wants them to do about the problem, but he's still  :curse: about the #1 safest airline.

You can use this to pull up the ratings for any airline and compare them to each other:

I used to fly SW occasionally because they were usually much cheaper than the major airlines but I haven't found that to be true anymore.

I fly SW because I live close to Oakland airport where they have shitloads of flights and they can be pretty good ways to use UR points and the companion pass thing is pretty sweet.

I fly SW for family travel because I have two companion passes and I'm not paying to fly a 1 and 5 year old in biz/1st. I fly United or AA for personal and work travel. Delta is my 3rd work/pers option because of mileage and options out of Omaha.

I like flying southwest because I’m not fat and can sit in a middle seat comfortably with no issue. This allows me to almost always sit in the first three rows of the plane. I have not done much luxury air travel so I’m sure if I did I wouldn’t be able to go back to my spartan air travel ways.

I fly for free everywhere with work points, my cc, SWA people connections, etc. So it is for me. Also, it is almost all of the time for most people who know how to utilize their benefits. Unless you're talking about spirit or some random start up I've never flown. If you don't think it's a cost efficient airline, then I can't help you.

Wow! If this Delta employee is here, who's running hell?

Quote
“The Delta employee thought it would be appropriate to tie my mother with someone else's dirty blanket, in such a way it has left bruise marks on her arms,” Saliagas said. “When she started crying, she was told to 'shut the f--- up' or she will be 'left there.'"

man I love me some delicious delta one, for anyone who hasn’t tried it- get on it

still wondering if swa is going to outfit their birds heading to HNL with a couple of rows of bigger seats.  I know that they aren’t but this is a subliminal message to the top airline brass that read this thread all of the time
