Do you think there's a chance we could get NDSU to replace them. Major upgrade, Game Day came to their place, and Fargo much more adorable town then liberalville.

Fargo is a disgusting dump that is under water at least 50% of the year.

Somebody over there is campaigning that Weis needs his full 5 year contract to fix this thing and I couldn't agree more. He needs more time.

If Weis takes care of business against Texas, they might give him an extension.

No surprise here.  We have been saying that for almost as long as we had made fun of their track.  They have a list of our well made points and they are checking them off

Remember when Tuberville was begging for job and they told him no?

Coaches have been using KU for contract leverage. I think every school knows that KU has such a problem getting candidates interested in them that a bigger money offer from KU is possible. I mean eff, how many times did they get mushed before they settled on Wies.

Well, Tuberville didn't have a job at the time, so that would have been some pretty great foresight.

Only downside is replacing a 100% guaranteed victory with a 95% guaranteed victory,  so I'm all for it.

Your stud/multiple NC coach stepped up to the Mountain West conference.  You tell me, what do you think?

“I’ll feel that he’ll bounce back,” Weis said. “I think that he needed a little one-on-one TLC, because it’s not one of those (positions) that you can wait on. You have to address that one right away.”"

What happens in this case? Does the MAC have a dispersal draft for their players?

I would think it would be like a head coach change: players allowed to transfer to their favorite Div II team.

No way.   They will hire a coach sub $500k and sign on with a bunch of big name teams in the OOC to get a paycheck to fund ladies track and stuff.

The Jayhawks also tallied just 95 passing yards, which was the seventh time in Weis’ 26 games that KU failed to get to the century mark passing-wise. To put that number in perspective, the nine other teams in the Big 12 have combined for the same number of sub-100-passing-yard games (seven) over the past three seasons.

Kansas: No wonder Lil Wayne talked about Jayhawks coach Charlie Weis' "big-boy money." Weis has collected nearly $19 million since he was fired as Notre Dame's coach at the end of the 2009 season -- about $14.6 million from the Fighting Irish and at least $5 million in two years' salary from Kansas. That's an average of about $4 million per victory during the past three seasons.

Yeah, the last thing they want to do is get themselves kicked out of the conference.
