Not NHL but saw a glass shattering in person for the first time last night. Happened a couple sections over from me, pretty crazy sight.

Here's the video

Jozy just needs to come to SKC and team up with Zus to run a train on MLS and get his head right

Stop it idiots. Without Shields last year, we don't make the playoffs. Without Billy, we don't win the Wild Card game, and the run lasts about 3 hours. But that doesn't mean this team can't get back to the playoffs without them. The production can be found other places and we can absolutely make it back to the playoffs.

That's my point, and I fully expect that production to come from the guys who stepped up in the postseason

Some of you seem to be forgetting that James and Billy had relatively little to do with the postseason run. If the Royals get the Hosmer, Moose, Cain, Ventura, and HDH of the playoffs all season (which they're all very capable of btw) the Royals are a very good team.

You think the Royals would have been a postseason team last year without Shields throwing 227 innings with a 3.21 ERA?

No, but what does that have to do with my post?

Everything, really.

So Shields didn't suck in playoffs and the guys I listed weren't studs? :sdeek:

Billy was huge in the postseason, dork. He made me forget how shitty he was in the regular season.

What part was huge? His .262 average? His 3 total XBH? Come on Wacky, compared to the guys I listed he had little to do with the run.

Seems like that went about as well as it could have for Sporting. Lose no one they probably weren't going to lose otherwise and pick up a decent player.

Royals are willing to move Infante, per McCullough. Guess they're ready for Colon to play every day.

But then again they're apparently in on Asdrubal Cabrera, so who knows :dunno:

Side note: If the Rockies are trying to trade Wilin Rosario I think he could be an interesting DH option. He had a down year so he might come cheaper than he should, but he's a RH power bat who could catch in a pinch.
i heard someone talking about the rockies catcher, who apparently is really bad at catching, but good at hitting powerfully.  the talker seemed to think the rockies would trade him.  the royals should trade for him and make him the dh/backup catcher.

i'm sorry, joda.

That is more pointing out that I agree with you

Medranda over Claros seems very strange to me, everyone else seems unsurprising.

jamaal's 18 yd td catch and run - after he got "hurt"

He was injured and missed time which is the point of the discussion tho. Jamaal and Knile should have touched the ball more tho.

shut up dumbass

The future considerations part of the Collin trade is interesting. May not amount to anything, but when making that deal with a club about to pick in an expansion draft you never know.
It'll either be they agreed not to take any of our players or to trade us one of the players they draft I'm guessing.

That's what I'm assuming too
