1 - oscar will coach em up and we'll finish 3rd in conference.

2 - oscar will coach em up and we'll lose in the second round of the Big 12 tournament.

3 - oscar will coach em up and we'll lose to LaSalle in the Big Dance with oscar inexplicably keeping a timeout in his back pocket.

4 - Shirt tucks will emphasize how oscar is superior in all ways that conservative, white pasties predictably would.

5 - Sane people will miss Frank.

6 - Insane people will tell sane people to move on.

Woof! I don't think Cleveland has watched basketball since 2010. Also, La Salle is supposed to suck this year.

Have you ever seen those little braille plaques by the bathroom in a big box store. Do they expect some poor blind guy to grope around for hours feeling the wall to find the restroom? This is the I way am right now. I am excited about this coming year! If I don't get live action soon and quit fumbling around to find real meat I am going to have a bladder blowout.

I'm having a hard time letting go guys. BUT, I do think my third place predicted finish for the Webercats is fairly optimistic.

Individually, I am expecting a bigger year from Wes. He has put on 10 to 15 pounds of muscle. He is suppose to be an inch taller. His passing skills and shooting remain good. IMO he will double his offensive numbers. Also he is pissed that he is not getting attention.

Edwards lives up to the hype being heaped. The Robinett article at Kansas.com is a good read. Weber's comment are similar sounding to the he made about Foster prior to the start of last season.

1) Top 3 finish in Big 12
2) top 4 seed in the NCAA
3) make it to the 2nd weekend.

If we made it to the Sweet 16, it will get a good year. I just want to get to that spot and see what happens.

IMO, this is a top 20 BB team. That should be able to get a 4/5 seed and hopefully win 2 games and play in the Sweet 16 game.

It's early and premature, but I believe we will be a top 10 team in 2015-16. And will be as good as the 2009-10 team

All right, here we go! Looks like we're off to a bumpy ride for some! Things could get thrown in the face very soon if we start seeing some sliding expectations trickle in.

By the way, for fun, three games into this nascent season kenpom predicts for the baller cats:

Projected record: 16-13 8-10

Hey Chingon. If you go back and look at my expectations you will see that for the non-con I had 3 expectations. One of them we have not met (continue to own the beach) but that was the least important one!

If we beat Zona we will achieve priority #2 and priority #1 is probably the easiest one to meet so that is pretty good!

I think we are capable of winning the next 9 games. This is the rest of the non cons and the first two conference games. I am concerned we are down to a 2 big man team again this year as Bolden in a non factor.

Tenn looked longer and more athletic than us today v KU and they will have a week to work on doubling gip. I just hope we break the double nickel at this point.

This has proven to be completely wrong. He can't shoot, those supposed ten to fifteen pounds have not made one difference. I'm disappointed in Wes.
