This is kind of a random question, but has there been any rumblings about updating the concourse and the outside? If so, how soon do you think it would happen?

How long will it be until the entire BSFS masterplan is complete?

That's when we'll see OOD upgrades.

Probably not the right place for this but I was struck by all of the old KU coaches gathered to celebrate 60 years of Allen Field.  It sounds like it was a worse hole than now.  I always thought Hawkers were yelling for their teams.  Appears they were yelling Rats, over there, no that way!!  I would of love to have thrown one of those fart bombs in between the four coaches.  Self would have thought the old geezers Williams, Owens, and Brown were failing or giving the KU mating call.  Old cheater Brown seems to have trained Huckleberry Roy well, UNC has a big scandal.  I have too much venom backed up into my colon.  Just wanted to post wonder what the Octagon will be like at 60?

Sounds like you're long overdue for a homecoming then? Reno is it cool if Spracne crashes on your couch for a couple nights

Texas Christian University coach Gary Patterson has been hired as Kansas State's 34th football coach, multiple sources have confirmed to GoPowercat.com.  Patterson replaces Ron Prince, who was fired Wednesday. - Tim Fitzgerald   Nov, 7, 2008

high arching full court shots are going to be tough, but the new score board makes that sacrifice worth it.

I'm really interested to see what kind of content the various rings will have.  I wish they would have used the roster/person stats on the main board just to let everyone see how it looks.

The new boards on the corners of the Octagon look nice.  I'm sure our various advertisers will love the non-1980s technology displaying their fine products.

Loved the new lighting for the court.  Looks like a nice cool temperature which brings out the court pretty damn well.  Will have to replace the old ad boards on the west court side sooner rather than later because they look pretty crappy with all the other improvements. I know they aren't on TV, but damn, lets clean this place up.

I'm probably going to travel back for a couple games this year just so I can watch the scoreboard instead of the game.

STILL NO WI-FI.

Seems like the AD could monetize this and make some money off it.  Season ticket upgrades to wifi or something.

i have been able to get wifi at any hotel(including a motel 6 if i wanted to) for the past 7 years or so, that is included in the price.  yeah its more bandwidth but instead of a premium price just pull from the guest network for gamedays, should be included in the ticket price, not a luxury

there's wifi in the west side suites so it's not like it's something the AD's not aware of

its definitely do-able and we have the money and could build the infrastructure for it if needed at minimal cost to the fans
