Ferentz completes a Weber cycle every 8 years or so and starts over.

Zook is also a good choice
How come Ferentz wasn't on the voting chart?  I think this personifies it.  What  a cush job that guy has.  Not expected to win the conference and makes over $4 mill.

I'm guessing Ferentz isn't an option because he got a lifetime contract literally last month.

That is worse than hiring oscar Weber to coach your basketball program, imo.
