he can have all the talent in the world, but if he's not a good manager/coach, it doesn't matter.

he was a decent coordinator for a few seasons. he's still young. time will tell.

were you guys watching pregame when jesse palmer was on the field during warmups and kliff was throwing footballs with the QBs and spinning the ball on his finger and walking around behind jesse kind of winking at the camera and junk? it was amazing.
