Kansas State junior QB Jake Waters will hold an individual pro day on April 17, according to Bleacher Reports' Brent Sobleski.The 6-foot-1, 210-pound Waters underwent surgery to repair a torn acromioclavicular joint four months ago. The Kansas State prospect sustained the injury during the Wildcats victory over Oklahoma on Oct. 18. If Waters is unable to throw, he'll plan to throw in front of cameras later this month, and will send out the film to all 32 teams. Kansas State WR Tyler Lockett "has the best ability to string together multiple moves in the open field of any player in this class," writes ESPN's Todd McShay."I can't count the number of times I'd see him make the first guy miss on tape," McShay wrote. "He can hurt defenses in multiple ways. He's obviously great after the catch, but he also does some damage on handoffs and he might be the best return specialist in this draft. He had six kickoff and punt return TDs combined during his college career." Lockett confirmed the explosion at the combine, running a 4.4-second 40-yard dash time with a 6.89-second 3-cone drill.
