I use fish sauce as an ingredient, but it smells too awful for me to ever put it on top of something like a condiment.

Is bad.
Canes Sauce is delicious but I don’t know how you could call it underrated.

Burger King's whopper has a ketchup/mayo combo on it that makes the sandwich really tasty, but I go one further and add yellow mustard to the combo sauce.

My BK Whopper hack has always been to get the whopper then get a couple of deals of the Onion Ring dipping sauce and then dip the whop in the sauce and enjoy.  Really brings the zest.

I really like to dip chicken nuggets and fingers in it, but I might just give it a try on a whopper.

Once you dip, you can't quit.

BK zesty sauce is so good it makes their garbage-tier fast food almost worth it.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

What do you put it on? I bought some but couldn’t find a vessel for it that felt right

I have never heard of that stuff but this sounds pretty tasty

You can also swap out regular oil with the chili crisp for any kind of fried rice, noodles or stir-fries

It's of course great on ramen, but anything that could use some "umami" kick works.

I've put it on eggs. Yesterday I put some on some risi e bisi even. And in the past I've even put some in curry.

I had a jar and I used it exclusively on eggs.

Sounds delish! I actually have some dried chiles (habs) laying around and might try my hand at making some. Doesn't look too complicated.

Southwest hot mustard.

Is it the best or most used? I don't believe so.

Is it the most underrated? Well, it hasn't been mentioned in this thread yet. So I say we found our winner!
