I thought it was a pretty decent episode, especially the parts with her. what parts/skits with haddish in it did you not like?

she also just starred in the highest grossing comedy of 2017. So unless you live under a rock or are mild to moderately racist, I really don't know how you can't know who she is.

Yeah, has nothing to do about race, I honestly have no clue who she is. I fast forwarded through her opener because it wasn't getting anywhere. Had to pause it on the weekend update over lunch. Thought the HR lady was pretty funny tho.

I thought the boo boo Jefferies skit was v funny. I'd put her a little above average in terms of hosts but she is a comedian and actor so it should be in her wheelhouse. the fact that she was in the most popular comedy of 2017 makes her perfect to host. snl tends to combine people that have a history of hosting and doing well at it along with topical/current people. again, she starred in the highest grossing/most popular comedy of the year. she's the exact person that snl gets/should get to host. if not the star of the highest grossing comedy movie of the year that also does standup and has a history of improv, then who?

Totally agree with this and that's fair.
