barge gas
there's a hurricane set to hit a supermax prison. professor nelson, played by jack black, designs a plan to put the supermax prison on a huge barge into the ocean and drive it out of the way of the hurricane. no one believes him that it will work so he summons his mentor, who is very well respected, his mentor is played by gary oldman. gary oldman convinces the goverment it's a good idea. denzel washington is the barge driver. the barge runs out of gas right before escaping the hurricane. clint black plays his ship hand who falls off of the barge and dies. diane lane flies a helicopter refueling vessel to the barge and loads it up with gas right before the hurricane hits the supermax. the prisoners all live and rejoice.
plot twist- diane lane has been compromised. her lover is an inmate in the supermax, his prison name is Violin and he's played by McConaughey. the gas she gave denzel actually isn't gas but actually a powerful explosive liquid that blows up and pushes the hurricane back at the prison and the supermax into the ocean. the supermax sinks with everyone inside of it.
diane lane's helicopter blows up too. but she already jumped out and is wearing her aqua lung. she has a spare aqua lung for violin. as she and Violin are swimming away, denzel sees them and uses his rope on his barge to tie them up and capture them.
