Mash and the office are shows I can regularly pick a rando episode and watch or put on in the background.

Lists should be divided by era. I mean Seinfeld couldn't be made today because something like 40% of the wacky shenanigans they got into would never happen because everyone has smart phones.

I tried wkrp a lot, great intro song, les nessman and Herb Tarlock were great but I don’t think I really got it.  There were a lot like that, Barney Miller, taxi, etc..   Not a sitcom but my fav was Rockford files.

I had a copper colored firebird hotwheels car just like Jim
2 jim garner notes: the trailer that rockford lived in on the show is still located at paradise cove in malibu and also I stayed at his old place in santa barbara

Only one mention of the Beverly Hillbillies?  Man, that's a shame.  The best use of misunderstanding as comedy there ever was.
