I'm surprised tickets are not refundable in this situation.  It's a tad ridiculous.

On a more important note, I'm still hoping Miley makes it through the "I'm an adult now and have access to drugs!" stage and sticks around to make solid music in the future.

Excellent point here ydarg.  Once a girl is of age man those drug dealers come running.  They absolutely will not sell to a rich and famous non-adult, but eff it if they won't beat down your door once you're able to vote.  I think she's got what it takes to make it through this trying stage of now I'm an adult and can get illegal drugs.
