my knee is a little mumped, has been for a long time - was squatting with terrible form back in high school. it pops and doesn't bend smoothly, hurts if i work it out. if i'd had to guess, something to do with misalignment, muscle imbalance, cartilage issues.
do i go to a physical therapist? some other kind of doctor? i don't know these things. it's fine usually, but i want to start working out my legs again.
