Pep is just as whiny (or passionate) as Klopp and Arteta, but I dislike him because he's a bad person and a cheat.
Pep has been accused by Yaya Toure of cruel and racist treatment towards him and other African players at Barcelona and Man City. Even if you could write this off as a bitter player badmouthing his former manager, I think Pep's quotes on the Silva/Mendy situation in 2019 shined some negative light on him in this regard.
Ped was caught doping twice* as a player in 2001 and blamed it on the team doctor, but went on to hire that same Dr. Ramon Segura at Barcelona in 2009, where they dealt with more doping allegations and failed to provide accurate details on their players' whereabouts. There have been a number of breaches of anti-doping rules at Man City as well during his tenure.
