That was me.  Maybe they've changed since 2013.  Phil & I stood in the middle of them at 3:30 & had the people working at the bakery on the block say "they don't open until 9:00".  That's what the signs on the front doors said.  Besides us & the bakery employees, it was a ghost town.

I stand by my meltdown because tech beat themselves. Had we blocked the fg then okay but we didn't
