Got this in a private twitter message broken up into 14 segments

Quote
Former Wichita East High and Miami Hurricane linebacker Arthur Brown has made a decision about where he will finish his college education and it does include continuing a football career.

Arthur Brown was selected MVP at the US Army All-American Game after his senior season.

Arthur's commitment was made in a press release received Tuesday morning from the Brown family as follows:

"I would like to acknowledge that Arthur Brown Jr. will continue his education at Kansas St. University, under the leadership of President Wefald and Coach LHC Bill Snyder. We are very happy and elated to have Arthur Jr. back at home, and we appreciate the overwhelming support and kind words we've received from the entire state of Kansas; our community, friends and immediate family. We are proud to become a part of the K-State family. We thank you again for your support.

Sincerely Yours,

Arthur D. Brown SR."

Any additional information on Brown's decision will come from Head Coach LHC Bill Snyder and the Kansas State University Athletic Office.

He was better on special teams for Miami than Lamark was for us, so this is actually an upgrade!

Curious as to how many press releases will not see this mistake and publish it.

Easily the 2011 front-runner. The 2010 Harper/Smith race is still up in the air, with Lamur as the dark horse.

I'm going to go ahead and crown Lamur as the Grand Champion and Rename the Award to the Slamur career achievement Award.

Why use the redshirt in the transfer year?  So that he wouldn't be able to use it if he got hurt later on in his career?  I guess I can see that.

the limited grainy JUCO video makes a strong argument for this.
