When are those few key replacement parts on back order arriving (on campus)? I honestly think it is folly to even attempt running the machine until you see how those parts interact. My service rep seems to think they'll make the whole thing work better. I'm optimistic and ready to trust that, but I'm a "see it to believe it" type of guy.
