Gary Lezak is saying we are supposed to get 5-7" by nightfall.  Busted my ass to get in for an 8am meeting...no one shows.

i hate days like today, would rather be sledding instead of sitting in my office.  i guess that's every day though, not just today.

inhabited places tend to struggle more with snow than places like iowa do.

Took me 1:15 to get to work today, usually takes 20. Some dude in a Mazda B2000 got stuck on the ramp connecting 35 to 435.

We get about 2 to 3 snow days a year at work.  I was absolutely baffled that this was a thing until I showed up one day and was the only vehicle in the parking lot.  We have a Weather Hotline and everything.

Just finished coffee numero uno, lounging watching the snow pile up.  Wife is working on the lap top trying to finish work because her office is closed too and she has to travel tomorrow.pfft

I'm thinking about renting some Patrick Dempsey movies. When work calls early in the morning because of Death Storm alerts, European people usually resort to Patrick Dempsey movies. What do people in Boulder do during Death Storm work cancellations?

Left at 4:55 am to get to work in OP by 5:45.  Fortunately not much traffic at that time.  The commute home is going to be a joy.   :goodbyecruelworld:

This is how people in the South are suppossed to react to such storms.   Am really kind of shocked at the pussification of Midwesterners these days.
