Vampire Weekend just came out with a new cd.  So far don't think it is as good as their first one, which was rough ridin' phenomenal.

i have a couple.

Felt very elite to be a part of the Kilgore/ECN/Asava/Etc. FTP a couple years ago  :love:

Avett bros, Galactic and Gov't Mule all have shows coming up in Lawrence in the next couple of months. Yo La Tengo as well.

Super excited for the new "The Knife" album. They wrote an opera. If you can imagine what that would be like, its intense. They have a song on the net from it called "colouring of pigeons."

I need some good stuff to listen to. I've been flipping between Mastodon (Crack the Skye), The Roots (Rising Down), and AIC (Black gives way to Blue). I just need something catchy. Doesn't matter the genre. And I want in on this FTP, ECN.
