Homeward bound came out 25 years ago. I literally watched it so many times the VHS tape quit working.

Per last week's doctor visit, my cholesterol levels are "slightly elevated".  This is how it starts man.  It's been a good run.   :blindfold:

I was just about ready to quote one of the jogging post's.  I literally just sharted while running.  I had a little gas and I know it's normal for runner's to poop themselves on long runs but this was just a little over two miles and I couldn't control my sphincter.
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

About a month ago I messed up my back from basically sitting too much and I am still dealing with the recovery.

I have a slightly messed up knee that doesn't fully bend sometimes.  At Cracker Barrel my knee locked up when getting out of my chair, causing me to slightly loose my balance.  When shuffling my other foot regain my balance & messed up my hip & didn't walk right for awhile.
I got a guy on the other line about some white walls

UPDATE: The tightness is still there / it feels like it will be there forever. I have to stretch every morning to alleviate it.

Yeah, I have, but they give me pills for it that makes making babies almost impossible. It's a real pickle.
