boys. 2024 is the year of my glow up.  I won’t be adding any new content to this fantastic thread for a while.  i’m already down 9 lbs.  eating a salad every single day for lunch.  quit eating all candy.  no way?  yes way.  i’m amazing.

that's what i think about burgers. bread? it's ok. not gonna kill you. ground beef? same. cheese? also same. lettuce and tomatoes? healthy.

sunday night five guys large cheeseburger multiple toppings plus large fries (split with wife) topped off with a milkshake. a solid conclusion to an already trashcanny weekend. today my body is back to being a temple.

I was on paternity leave all of last week and let me tell ya, this body is 100% trash can central. We made a huge batch of queso early on and I think I've had that as a 4th meal almost every day. Plus Pizza Hut, Hawaiian Bros, and sushi except it was the Americanized sushi where they put a bunch of white people crap on it.
