Can not (or will not) go to sleep tonight.

Don't want this night to ever end. Ever.

I am consistently tired as crap around 8:30-10p.m. and then after that time I am wide awake. I tend to force myself to go to sleep at midnight, should I just go to bed at 9 and see what happens?

Yeah, if you miss that window you are watching 2 and 1/5 men and there is nothing you can do about it.

Could try, but you'll probably wake up at 3 or 4 and not be able to get back to sleep, which would be worse IMO.

Since we sleep in cycles, it depends on how many cycles you tend to go through while you sleep. How many hours do you usually sleep? Is it closer to 6, or 7 1/2, or more?

man that's a great tip.  gonna have to try.  I usually toss and turn for at least an hour no matter what time I lay down.

I have always been the same way. Nothing worse than trying like hell to fall asleep when you know you have a big event in the morning, but you just can't stop thinking about the most trivial stuff. Anyway I've only been using it a week, so it could be a placebo, and might not work for everyone. But it's only $5 at target for 60 pills so worth trying. The biggest thing it does is help you regulate your sleep schedule.  Basically it's the hormone that tells your body to go to sleep.

Same! And then I'm like no, I want to watch the daily show, and then when it's over I'm not tired anymore till 4am.
