Is there a reason why he fell? I saw he was the #2 prospect from a couple of organizations. I don't know if there are some concerns about him or if there is just a lack of consensus in baseball when compared to other sports.

combination of- lack of consensus, some concern over arm slot/durability, pot money available to teams drafting above us to sign him.
