With all their bad offensive numbers, the thing that troubles me the most is this....
Cain and Moose have been great all year. Salvy was very good to start, now cooled off.
The other 7-8 guys that have gotten decent amount of playing time, none of them has even had a good 3-4 game stretch. They have all been poor or very poor all year

Things look gloomy. We play 16 of 20 at home. If this team is every gonna show any moxie, it's right now. Go 13-7 and get to 20-21 by the 1/4 mark of the 2017 season.

You understand WAR is just an amalgamation of box scores, tzr (stupid Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!)), and a completely arbitrary constant, right?

Like all they do is is reprocess the box score against a league average.

It's rough ridin' idiotic. The guy who finished top 10 in ba in one season was a top 10 hitter that season, you don't need war to figure that out.
