I have no problems with the courts ruling a district is unconstitutional due to some thing like racist reasons.  The case is asking for the Supreme Court to set the rules on how states establish districts.   This is state rights issue that the federal government has no right to dictate especially in the initial formation.  This is a very big deal long term especially for republicans.

Bigger districts where you have single transferable vote or proportional representation would end this issue.
