Fascinating, we have people that we know handed classified information to foreign entities, and we subsequently wage huge debates about whether it's Treason or not, hell, a pres even pardons one of them.

But here's the left rolling with the thinnest of circumstantial evidence as if it's chiseled in stone.

at McCain. Truly, thank the Flying Spaghetti Monster that man was never elected president because he would have taken the war mongering ways of Bush-Obama and put it on a rocket ship ride (FTR: Hillary would have done the same). I have given up trying to figure out what motivates that guy outside of a bloodlust for war.

In other news, looks like it's starting to play out as I expected. Purposeful manipulation of catch all intelligence gathering protocols and rules to spy on a presidential campaign and transition.

It's growing more apparent every day the mechanisms were put into place to create plausible deniability for illegal surveillance.

I believe they "inadvertently intercepted" trump team correspondence. Rather than set it aside, they "unmasked" it and distributed transcripts throught the intelligence committee. B.O. even signed an e.o. substantially expanding the pool of recipients. The point of masking is to protect people innocently surveiled, so the acr of unmasking would be a gross due process violation, and the e.o. malicious.

You don't have to set the intelligence aside. The person who is under warrant is identified. However, the identity of the people they're communicating with is kept secret. Who, besides Flynn, may have been unmasked who shouldn't have been?

What EO did BO sign that may have expanded the pool of recipients? It may be very well be possible. I would just like to know for myself. Rogers said there were 20 people in the NSA with the power to unmask and Comey wasn't able to provide the number off the top of his head at the hearing. I'm curious what the procedure was before the EO BO signed.

Just read two articles in it and it's nothing more than a he said/she said situation.

Oh, and last summer Mike Flynn could ostensibly discuss whatever he wanted.

Just because James Woolsy "felt" like it was illegal doesn't mean anything.

This issue of a discussion of hypotheticals by someone holding no government title or office had now received more public play . . .
Then a sitting administration actually proposing indefinite detention of US citizens and standing in court defending the Patriot Act with great zeal.
