They cared way more about being on TV than they did the Cup.

Yeah....but as the south stand improves the stadium atmosphere improves. Idk how much more the Cauldron can do to improve the stadium's status. That will come from the south.

It's not always like that. They're getting better and better. But those guys they kept showing on TV were just embarrassing. Even their drummers are rough ridin' weirdos. And that dumbass teenager that saw he was on TV at the end and looked directly into the camera, yelled "eff YEAH!" and started waving a flag...  :jerk:

I know but I stand by what I said, as the SS improves so does SP. The Cauldron has come close to if not hit the ceiling for the size and how spread out it is.

Already posted this link, but didn't see this until just now:

Sporting will start transitioning to Oklahoma City, perhaps co-affiliating next year and sending players to both USL clubs before aligning permanently with the Energy in 2015.

Here's the part about Jimmy:

Oklahoma City isn’t as far along, but it appears the Energy won’t be going it alone. The club is talking with recently retired Sporting KC goalkeeper Jimmy Nielsen about becoming its first coach, which would establish strong ties with the new MLS champion.

Will take all of that pretty hard.

I think the problem with the SS in the final was that it wasn't really the south stand. Tickets were so hard to come by people just took what they could get. I know a few people that do a lot of work for the SS and most of them were in the Cauldron for the final, and some were in the east stand.

That makes a lot of sense.

Jimmy Nielsen has signed a contract with head coach Oklahoma City Energy just two weeks after he set his career.

I'll start at 1 January as head coach of the club. There waiting for some huge challenges, and it is something I am really looking forward to.
