Also my main way I'm attempting to lose these love handles is a strict regiment of eggs for b-fast, salad bar for lunch, and no drinking calories except the occasional brewski #guystuff go cats. The salads have made my fiber in take go through the roof HELLO

That's very sensible and has a good probability of sticking to it.  Good job CF3.

I've been eating less (for the most part) but not trying too hard.   Down 30 pounds since January 1.

I am now a morning person that gets up and goes to the gym at 5AM before work AMA

I used jet lag to transition into this new schedule with relative ease, also it helps that the sun comes up at like 430am.

this new procedure is more efficient in a lot of ways (when compared to going to the gym at lunch or after work)

So Jelly of you. I just can't do it. I am usually out the door by 7 so I still get up early, I just don't have the energy to work out in the morning. Plus, that would mess up my poop schedule.

its been almost 3 weeks now. I think I am totally converted. Monday is the biggest hurdle because of whatever happens on the weekend.

my routine: #ack breakfast and lunch the night before, also make "cold brew" instant coffee in a 28 oz shaker bottle. be in bed by ten. 5 am roll out of bed (maybe snooze once), put on gym clothes, place folded work clothes in gym bag, take a shot of MCT oil, chug coffee on way to gym. get swole, shower, change, get to office by 7, eat breakfast #ack and work.

Hurt my left shoulder.  Sharp wincing pain in the front.  Hurts to raise it, rotate 360 from front to back.

Diagnose me.  Haven't done anything for a month because of it.   Feeling better but I don't want to aggravate it.

Old injury that suddenly flared.  Mostly cardio cat. Woke up with it, only thing I'd been doing is running and push ups but nothing crazy. I'm in decent shape

I'm not so sure, I had some shoulder pain last fall and had it checked twice and both told me that acute localized pain on the top isn't rotator cuff.  mine eventually got better.

impingement

only pushups with no pullup/rows is going to imbalance your joint. stop doing pushups until your row/pullsup is as least as strong. also do face pulls.

thinking about adding a squat rack and crap like that out into my workshop. I find that I don't have a ton of time to actually go to the gym during class hours for crossfit and it's kinda dumb other than the social aspect to pay so much for a membership. anyone else have their own home gym? peggy po's nancy negs?
I found a pretty nice titan retractable squat rack for $250 and know I could find other equipt. at decent prices only negative about my current space is I wouldn't be able to do any overhead stuff because Im too tall for it
