Seems to me like it's the Royals goddamn job to figure this out and not their fanbase's job to pay for it. 

SKC broke the Bally's deal after they saw how shitty it was for their fans in the first year.  Royals didn't care and the deal was probably as costly to the stadium vote as anything.

Waxahatchee at the Uptown in about a week.  The new album drew me in.

I love Waxahatchee! She is considered a KC artist now since she lives here full time.

If you make it out, I'll buy you a beer as payment for all of the streams I've watched

One beer seems a bit stingy.

I agree.  I wouldn't expect Drew to flirt with an offer this much otherwise.

Unless he just hasn’t secured whatever salary bump/extension he was hoping to get from Baylor yet.

Sure, but I think he could toss down UK's contract offer and Baylor would call up Chip Gaines and they'd match.  I don't think there's a reason for him to play hardball.

That Colorado guard ate Sundell's lunch in the second half and Walker had to bring it up.  With Ayoka coming back and Sundell being a senior, I'm all for maximizing our chances this next year.  I agree that HVL doesn't fill that much of a need with our young guards, but I'd take talent and figure the rest out.

I've enjoyed After Midnight - it's very dependent on the guests but consistently gets me to laugh out loud.

The Kristen Wiig SNL last weekend was as good an episode as I've seen in a while.
