Umm yeah vido did you forget that we won 22 out of the last 26 games?  That's a pretty good head start when you count backwards.  PurpleOil is right.

But that wasn't his argument. His argument was that you would have to go back to 1957 for KU to hold a statistical advantage. Nevermind that 1957 was in the middle of a 13 year span where KU won or tied and wasn't broken until 1969. If his argument was KU fans are stuck in the past, THAT would have been accurate.

1957

That's how far back you have to go before KU holds the series advantage over K-State. In other words, you have to be 61 or older today in order for KU to have beaten K-State more times than K-State has beaten KU in your lifetime.
Not sure what kind of counting backwards methodology you are using but KU won most games up until the 90's. If you look at it by the decade K-state was able to get 3 wins tops. I get the argument, that KU fans are stuck in the past, but it would be more accurate if you were arguing that they would have to be a fan in the 70's or 80's.

What is with Jordan Willis's height? They are listing him as 6'3, and k-state was listing him at 6'6". O saw the guy in line at Hoo-Hot, and he looked like a legit 6'5".

Dang! The tents at the bottom! That should bring all of the KU haters on board. It's basically the hill, but with seats and a couple tents.

Interesting.

How so?  Everybody knew he was transferring a month ago
Interesting that he's transferring to a juco. The guy spent 1 yr at juco, and 1 yr at k-state. I don't think I have ever heard of that. EKU must have been full.

My mother in law, who knows very little about football, just commented about how the field looks like crap. Between the hashes is unbelievable bad.

Nebraska's field looks terrible.  And I don't flow what they are playing on in the penn st / temple game, but that looks like hell, too.
Nebraska still plays on field turf, last time i heard. The Linc is natural grass.

This article sucks, first they bury the lede with just throwing in the bit about the last PA ripping off the two old ladies for over $300,000. Then we don't know what the damn facebook post is, I don't want to infect my devices by going to a Nubb site to find out.
"Harvey Perlman is a disgrace. Remember this was the guy who extended Steve Pederson's contract only to fire him a few months later. When will he be held to account."

Not like he denied the holocaust or something.

How tall is our tallest DT? 6'1"?

I noticed ESPN has him listed at 6' but 247 has him listed at 6'3". From the looks of the video, he is at least 6'2.

Why Clemson?

Actually, I have no idea. It sucks to lose out on him to an ACC school that isn't FSU.

More adidas, this time on the U! Personally I am fine with most of Adidas's designs, except their alternates suck ass.

I like that the adidas logo is in the center of the chest, I am tired of cluttered uniforms with a conference symbol, a secondary school symbol, and the uniform maker all vying for space.

The dude was listed at 265 lbs. To light to be a good DT, and probably lacked the footwork to move to DE. Snyder will pick speed over size at DE anyway.

Could we get that with a Windows clipart of a football player on the side? Maybe since it says athletics, clipart of a basketball, baseball bat and a soccer ball?

With CC back, I have a question.  What are the odds 2016 gets rounded out another FCS/MAC/Sun Belt team?  Is there a reason why when Miss St wanted 16/17, ADJC said "no, we have something lined up" then schedule 17/20 Vandy and left a hole in 16?  Did something else fall through for 16?

We need to pick up a team that's a P5 meh team. I know not sexy but just being realistic.
Serious question. Is there a reason we couldn't try to schedule KU as the P5 meh team? Baseball has done this in the past, alternating between the school that holds the conference home game and the other team gets the ooc home game.  Not sure if there is a rule preventing this in football. If not KU maybe another Big 12 team, like ISU?

Kirby loves our setting. Nobody can blame him.
On KU:  "They do all they can." Very polite of him.

On some levels saying that they're going to take the state back implies that ku was really good when they were winning a bunch of football games against K-State.   In reality, most years the ku vs K-State game was simply a bragging rights game to determine who sucked less.

When Scott Franz didn't hardly sniff KU last year, the only direction they have to go is up. Mangino at least made them competitive. Hell, he usually beat us for the top in-state recruits.

Yeah, I saw that on the Topeka capital journal site, and it looks like it came from K-statehd.Tv but I can't find crap on that site.

Not sure if linked before.  Cool to see KU's mid-field logo, and the giant Big 8 logo in the endzone.

I just watched video of that Mohamed Barry and the kid is a monster. http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1606708/highlights/175607381

Stud. Is he visiting anytime soon? Do we have an actual shot at flipping him?

He's visiting with other Georgia studs Zuber and Shelley.  We got a shot is what I'm saying.

I like the lounge lizard attitude in the first 10 seconds.  Hopefully Zuber does his thing.

Anyone heard about Eric Gallon Jr?  http://sports.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/recruiting/player-Eric-Gallon-156771;_ylt=A0LEV0JPmTRU_UAAudhXNyoA;_ylu=X3oDMTEzb3R0MWh0BHNlYwNzcgRwb3MDMgRjb2xvA2JmMQR2dGlkA1ZJUDUzMV8x

He doesn't have a fantastic offer list, but he's got decent size.

Better than all the stuff Adidas tried.

Lookout!  Rutgers and Fresno State for the 2017 National Title game.

Also, I know Miami has talent, but how they've stayed out of the Top 15 for so long is criminal.

I saw Into Darkness this morning and I was fairly disappointed.  A lot of the minor things that bugged me about the last trek are in full force in this one.  The whole movie is geared to move from one plot point to another, and JJ has no regard for the scientific principles of the Star Trek, so the science is manipulated to fit the story. Yes I'm a trekkie, but seriously!?! One dude beams himself across several light years of space, but later on they can't beam people kilometers away? The movie is full of things not working onboard the Enterprise and the crew having to jump through hoops. Cumberbatch is good.  I'm happy this is JJ's last star trek. I'm hopeful his star wars won't be written by his buddies from Star Trek.

Watching Twin Peaks on netflix, pretty good
Great show to sleep through, last summer my wife and I would watch twin peaks during our kid's nap time, and nap about half the time ourselves.  Its crazy to think of a show like that existing in 1990 alongside shows like Dynasty and Cheers, but its kind of like the Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) step-father of shows like Lost. The music was repetitive as hell, but I hope they could bring that show back someday.

his intermittent scream talking is hilarious

someone commented "if john gruden and chris farley had a baby" ... yes.

Would love to see that guy with his kids in the morning.  "I ...cannot WAIT to get to get some Cocoa puffs."
