Evidently there is an overpopulation of deer in the big Apple so they catching male deer and giving them vasectomies.  How much does this cost?  In Renoland we would blast them, and give meat to the Amish Apache tribe.  I bet the bleeding heart liberals on this board would cringe at this suggestion. 

At least they are trying to eradicate these bambi rats.  They are not cute.
