Well yeah, needlessly.  That was my point.  It's like if some HUSKGUY beats his wife every time Nebraska loses a football game.  He's letting something have power over his behavior that is essentially meaningless and should not have that influence.

Honestly I probably would have agreed with 33 a few years ago because there is usually little difference between Republican and Democratic candidates. Now that I realized a stupid minority of voters can elect an incredibly stupid person as president, I think we need more people to become interested in politics.

It actually is an interesting issue, but I agree that both individuals and celebrities have some recourse under the law if they are hurt by it.

I did.  And legally don't see a difference between a caricature that is protected speech and fake pornography.

From the article:

You can’t sue someone for exposing the intimate details of your life when it’s not your life they’re exposing.
The difference I see is that the caricature is clearly not you, and isn't attributing false actions to you. This would seem to fall into some part of defamation/libel/slander.

Then it becomes a matter of realism.  Did you believe Abraham Lincoln hunted vampires?  I would be just as skeptical of Gal Gadot in porn.  If the person making the movie claimed it was authentic; that would be different.

What happens when it’s YOU in a video?  Feel any different?

Guys I’ve been in DC for past week.  Canco that this country is super badass and our capitol is built of tons of rock and laid out so even the simplest fool could walk it.
