Now that I've been listening to Jim Bunning on the Senate floor for a little bit, I'm firmly convinced that he's crossed the senility line.

Glad he did what he did.  If congress is going to make paygo a law, then they need to follow it.  It's not something that can be followed or not followed based on the direction the wind is blowing.
